Había una mujer española en mi taxi esta noche y tuve mi primera conversación en español.
Ella dijo que era de Bilbao y que tenía frío.
Fue un viaje muy corto.

No debieras tener muchos problemas para hablar con españoles/españolas. A medida que el verano se acerca más oportunidades se presentan, porque tengo entendido que mucho españoles visitan el Reino Unido en verano.

Creo que hay muchos bares que sostienen foros de intercambio de idiomas, y gratis.

(Lo mejor es asociar las palabras con la acción, pues entonces muestras verdera comprensión de la comunicación.)

My experience of Spanish women is that they are beautiful. What did she look like? A fair bit better than the British girls I bet!

I go to Spain once a year on my holidays. I've found their women to be very beautiful, mucha mejor que mujeres Inglés.

Es una contracción muy informal de "por si acaso".
It´s a very informal contraction of "por si acaso".
