Adjective "frita"

Adjective "frita"

"En cuanto a legumbres, no me gusta nada frita."

With what is "frita" supposed to agree? With "nada" or with "legumbres"?

I asume he's saying he unlikes fried legumes at all.

¿No se puede analizar como una elisión de En cuanto a legumbres, no me gusta nada que esté frita?

PD Ah, no, tendría que ser frito en ese caso.
