I just had lunch at a new restaurant in Manchester, NH. The place is run by a Dominican and named Quisqueya. Can anyone tell me what that means?

Here's one place to look. The word is Taíno (the language spoken by the indigenous people of Hispaniola at the time of Columbus) for 'mother of the earth'.
