Quiesiera que a saber la definición de 'Tomisimo'. No puedo encontrarlo en el diccionario. Tal vez necesito un diccionario nuevo.

No necesitas un diccionario nuevo.
Puedes encontrar la respuesta en el hilo "The name Tomísimo".

No vas a encontrar nunca una palabra que termine en 'ísimo' en el diccionario. Remueve el sufijo. El raíz de la palabra es 'tomo'. Verás que es sustantivo la palabra y que no debe llevar esta terminación, pero ahora tienes la clave para poder imaginar el significado.
