Pollo a la parrilla ?
Hello,
Is this correct to say: We were grilling chicken - Preparamos pollo a la parrilla? If I wanted to say to grill something, will it always be the pollo/cordero/camarones... a la parrilla? nothing else in between or after? Preparar pollo a la parrilla?

Yes, pollo a la parilla (grilled chicken)and pollo a la brasa (barbeque grilled chicken) are common in Latin American.
