¿Se puede usar atañer en lugar de tener algo de ver con?
Ejemplo: La novela tiene algo de ver con/se trata con (ataña)
amor y traícion.

No significan lo mismo. Atañer a significa caer bajo la responsabilidad de...
  • A mí no me atañe = No es de mi incumbencia.
  • Eso atañe a otro departamento = Es responsabilidad de otro departamento.
