Yo diría algo así como: “You are admirable [for having raised so many kids]” or “That says a lot of you”... mmmh... or “It’s really commendable what you have done”
Decir: “You are a worthy person/s” creo que también funcionaría... Pero veamos lo que nos dicen los nativos.

Considering the context, and stretching the definition of teneis a bit, "You deserve a lot of credit"

I agree with Glen. "You deserve a lot of credit" is a perfect translation in the context given.

Quote:
when do we use worthy?
She is worthy of a raise. (She deserves/merits a raise.)

Are you worthy?
Do you uphold the standards/regimen?
-or-
Do you believe you're up to the task?

She is worthy to rule. (She is distinguished enough to do so.)

This is a worthy cause. (It meets my expectations/standards.)
