¿Cómo se dice?
I don't care about the car. I care about the house. ( as in what they look like/ how clean they are) No me importa sobre el coche. Me importa la casa

Si traduce "to care" como "preocuparse" sí puede expresar "no me preocupo por el coche" o, rara vez, usar la preposición "sobre": "me preocupo sobre el dinero".
Si lo traduce por "importar" no ha de llevar ninguna preposición: "No me importa el coche"; "me importa la casa". Un saludo.
