(QUE HA VISTO A LOS ESPECTROS QUE HEMOS VISTO A LOS ESPECTROS ELLOS NOSOTROS TÚ HAS VISTO A LOS ESPECTROS) (HE SEES THE GHOSTS WE SEE THE GHOSTS THEY WE YOU SEE THE GHOSTS—) Why que? UPD: It looks like a reference to this: ¡E insiste, infausto, que ha visto a los espectros! ...and still insists he sees the ghosts! My condolences to the translator

"Que" is a linking word.
He insists that he has seen the ghosts. Él insiste (en) que ha visto a los espectros. When there is no previous sentence, "que" may be used to mark an emphasis.
