The word indemnity makes me think of the Godfather, especially coming from someone in NYC.

I think of "Double Indemnity" a melodrama in which a life-insurace payout
doubles if the death occurs on a train. I bet you could imagine that an
accidental death occurrs on a train as a result. Another great movie.
