¿Qué tal les parece?

Ojalá me puedan ayudar con la palbra "grossly" en esta oración.

"Her sensory and motor functions are grossly normal>"

Sus funciones sensoriales y motrices son macroscópicamente (o quizas basicamente seria mejor?) normales.

I'm not sure but I believe that grossly meaning Groseramente?


And you are saying that grossly meaning Macroscopicamente.

I'm confused again.
