I would have used idiomas instead of lenguajes.

I guess for the same reason you.......

ship - by airplane (not ship)
cargo - by ship and airplane (not car)
freight - by truck (not train)

Shall I continue?

I'd like to laugh at it, but I'm not able to, I don't understand anything at all

And why do you finish with "shall"?

Driveway (this is where we "park" our cars, not drive them
Parkway (where we "drive" our cars , not park them)
We "ship" packages by airplane, not by ship

(cute)

Irmamar, you are not the only one that gets lost.

Oh, Elaina, I'm so sorry. I hadn't read your answer until Sosia has written here. I have to tell you that you mustn't be shy in these occasions, when you have a doubt about anything. Sometimes I'm a bit shy, too, but I've realized that if I remain silent before a doubt I'll never know the truth, so, I have to ask everything to know. We have to feed our mind as we feed our body

Thanks Irmamar......I will keep that in mind. It's true what you say.....feed the mind as we feed our body.

That makes a lot of sense.

Thanks again!

I'll try to explain:

Seguir la corriente a alguien I think it's translated as to humor somebody or to say that somebody is right.
Corriente is the electric current.

So, the worse for an electrician is that nobody gives him current (well, not really like this, but this is the joke). I hope you'll be able to understand it better

I have questions about your joke because I don't know what parkway and driveway mean, please you can explain it.

I appreciate your help.

Park = parque o ESTACIONAR (un coche/auto)

Parkway = camino que atravieza un parque

Drive= MANEJAR
