Question Mi rutina diaria

Okay, I have to describe my average day.

1. Begin from the time you wake up until the time you go to bed. You should use as many reflexive verbs as possible.

2. Some of the reflexive verbs should also be used in infinite form.

3. You will also need to include extracurricular activities.

4. Include specific and general times when many of the activities occur.

5. You must also include descriptive adverbs to further reveal your habits.

Please make sure I made no mistakes; I want to get a 100% on it

Check this first:

It's right. I would use "de" instead of "por", but it's okay.
I want to congratulate you to make the effort of posting in Spanish in the question chain post, you are going to improve fast.

If you're talking about yourself, you shouldn't change the reflexive pronoun (use the same one you started with (first person)). If you're talking about some third person, an introduction would be helpful.

It's about me. I meant to say despertarme

how do you say "to eat breakfast"? desayunar?

Me visto rapidomente (I want to say that I dress quickly).

Desayunar is the used one. You can say too: "tomo el desayuno".
¿Qué haces cuando te levantas?
-Desayuno.

I wake up at a quarter pass six of the morning, but I get up at twenty pass six.
This way sound better for me, with "pero" it seems less repetitive that saying two sentences that are similar, now they are connected and appear in a more fluent way.

Antes del desayuno me visto rápidamente.
Before breakfast I get dress quickly
I think that's what you want to say.

What I saw too were to many commas.

It's ok, it was a suggestion(there are a lot more) you can do what you want.
But it definitely sounds really bad that way, but it's correct.
I wouldn't say in English I wake up at 6:15 in the morning. I get up at 6:20 in the morning after waking up either.

I do only 1 extracurricular activity. should I lie to have more?

can someone check this please. I need 10 reflexive verbs, 3 reflexive verbs in the infinitive form, 4 extracurricular activities, 4 complete times, 3 different adverbs, and solid Spanish to get a 100.

Me visto rapidamente. No necesito.

Don't take my comments too seriously, because I am also a beginner. Why have you suddenly changed to your real name/ because you have already blown your cover? I think Jessica is a much nicer name than jchen. Does changing your name mean that you have lost all your Brownie points?
