hither significa aquí/acá.
La palabra hither casi no se usa sino en inglés contemporáneo sino en el modismo come hither stare/gaze.

Sí, en inglés se usa "hither" para indicar "here" con un sentido de humor ligero.
Por ejemplo, "...hither, thither, and yon." = "...here, there, and everywhere.". (Old-fashioned words)

I'm curious - the only meaning i'm aware of for "enredadera" is a
"clinging" type of vine. Seems like the use here is a figurative/comparative term, suggesting a seductive web.
