Organizad los apuntes en contenidos y después me los entregáis.
What baffles me here is to organize .......contents, etc.. which preposition should I use after organize, In????
In Spanis we say organizar en o por contenidos, por autores, por siglos etc....

Yo usaría "by"
Organise by content
