R Stone disks 4 and 5
Is there any place where I could get Spanish levels 4 and 5, possibly used.

Are you referring to rosseta stone language courses? If so, you might try Amazon or Ebay.

I don't think you can sell used software on Ebay or Amazon. Maybe craiglist, since it's less regulated, but I am pretty sure it's illegal to re-sell software.

The legality of selling or transferring a software license would depend on the software license for the individual piece of software. I don't know what it would be for Rosetta Stone.

I bought my first RS (level 1) from Barnes and Nobles and I bought my second RS and third RS (levels 2 and 3) from the Rosetta Stone site. I suggest buying from the site because you can get a full refund there if there is an issue.
One can buy it if he or she is interested on ebay or craigslist. I've seen it on both.
