I know it means go f yourself from hearing it in context. I would like to know if it is internationally used.

It is used in Chile. Also "Ándate a freír monos al África" or "Ándate a chupar un huevo"

In Spain is widely know. It's used when you want to say not-allowed-for-children words.....
"vete a freir espárragos" is the polite way.
The unpolite one (beware)

I have also heard "busca un bosque y piérdete" (seek for a forest and lost yourself?)

Thanks guys. Ándate a chupar un huevo translates directly and can be used in English (go suck an egg). Go jump in the lake is another one.

Sosia, your hidden text translates also.

In Mexico it's used commonly. Another alternative can be "vete al diablo" (and many more rude ones that are not necessary to mention).

"Vete a freir epárragos'
"A tus ordenes"

No estoy seguro.

¡No, hombre, no! ¡Antes!
