I don't think it is forum policy just to do somebody's homework. We can help, but you must help yourself. Give each sentence explaining which tense you need the verbs in.

And why the i at the endi of each wordi? Is it an exclamation mark ? like !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! If so, it is always ! at the end, but ¡ at the beginning.

¡Welcome!

We can't solve your homework for you, but this is an exercise where you need to conjugate verbs in imperative. Try to solve it first and we will be able to provide hints and corrections.

And as Perikles has just said, "¡" is an opening exclamation mark. It can only be written at the beginning of the sentence. At the end, there must be a closing exclamation mark "!".

You still have to correct the use of "¡" at the end of sentences, and "vuelvas pronto" is wrong. Conjugation in all the rest is fine.

Numbers 7 and 9 still need some work. You have the wrong conjugation in number 7 and the pronoun in number 9 needs a home.
It is better to post anew instead of editing your other post. That way, we can see the progression from original to completed.

I told you what needs changed. The wrong conjugation is being used in number 7. You should use the imperative 2nd person plural. That isn't what you wrote. This site has a conjugation page. In the upper left-hand part of the screen there is a box that allows you to enter 'observar' and select 'Conjugations'. The imperative mood will be the last group of conjugations (group 15). Choose the first of the two conjugations given for the 2nd person plural.
For number 9, the pronoun is suffixed to the imperative (and to the infinitive, for future reference).

7. Observad las reglas de tránsito.
9. if I use infinitive => Explicarme And if I conjugate => Me explicad cómo habéis llegado a este sultado.

Is that fine?

Number 7 is correct.
The pronoun is handled the same way for both the infinitive and the imperative. So it will need suffixed in both cases.
