Yeah, I'd say everything is right, but it should be
"Linguistic qualification for teaching in bilingual high schools. (depending on what colegio is referring to)

Our education system is a little different in UK. A College can be part of a University, a Further or Higher Education establishment teaching students 18+, or a specialist secondary school teaching say Science, Sport or Languages.
