Pagafantas

I just learned this word. It is a term for a man who is a friend, but a friend nothing more to a young woman. It's a brotherly -type friendship with little or no sexual complications.

Obviously, he's the guy who will buy you a Fanta, and be a woman's confidant with no strings attached. I don't know if there's a term for it in English.--maybe guyfriend?or schnook--but that's somewhat derogatory.

Anyway, is this a commonly used term? Is it Spain specific?--I suspect it is.

As fas as I know, this is a film. I had never heard that word before.

Maybe it comes from paga (que paga, de pagar) Fantas (a drink brand, Fanta de naranja o Fanta de limón ) -witout alcohol-

Due a film, it's a famous word now, but I have listen it before.
If you want a girl, you follow her, and try.
But if she only see you "as a mere friend", you have two options:
- leave.
- To stay thinking "perhaps one day she will change her mind..."
THIS person is a "pagafantas",a boy who will follow the girl, acompany her ("pagando las fantas"/paying the "fanta"/Coca-cola) and being a tears-pillow when the girl's boyfriend leaves her. Because "perhaps one day".....

Hehe.. parece que sí aunque en Holanda y Belgica también hay un fenomeno 'popular' (sobre todo entre los adolescentes) llamado 'Loverboy' .

No sé si esto pasa/tiene lugar en los EEUU, America del Sur o España también pero se trata de muchachos jovenes, que se ponen como chulos (¿ no sé si es la palabra correcto?).

Es decir por primero, se adula muchachas jovenes, y después se las fuerza/ obliga hacer cosas sexuales con ellos y otros hombres..
O a veces también las utilizan como 'drugmule'.

¿Cómo se llama sugar-daddy en español y hay un término por este tipo de 'loverboy' y 'drugmule' también?

Bueno, se utiliza a menudo esta palabra en las series americanas, como CSI y Law & Order..

'Mule' o 'Drug Mule' .

A proposito, en holandés a menudo se llaman 'bolletjesslikkers'
'Tragantes (swallowers?) de bolitas' (porque los drogas son
'encapsuladas'/ resumidas/ llevadas en pequeñas bolas de plástico) .

Cuando uno 'carries drugs inside' ¿se llama 'llevar' o 'traer' en español?

I have found the word mulero for drug mule, but I don't know if it is correct.
I don't think there's a Spanish word for sugar daddy. The best I've found is really a definition:hombre maduro que tiene una joven mantenida .

It does seem to have the same sound to it. A mule can be either a male or a female person by the way (though I think more often they use women for these kinds of jobs.. They have a better chance to get through the customs I guess).
