Hola, ¿puedo decir "molestias" en lugar de anuncios/ publicidades?

En lugar de usar un sustantivo, utiliza un adjetivo:

¡Ya tenemos otra vez la molesta publicidad"

Or: "Ya están (aquí/ahí) de nuevo las molestias (de la publicidad/de los anuncios)"
