Justamente what you can use the word.

I know the word or phrase isn't correct, but anyway you don't always to follow the rules in Spanish.
And I find appropriate the use of the word in the phrase, already here in my country is used .

Justamente decir hola.
Solo queria decir hola.
Hola como estan.

Como estan.
Hey justamente queria decir hola.

I hope those phrases can be useful for you.

Well, from my experience, it's better to study the correct phrases when you're learning a language. It's just best to stay away from Spanglish if you are new to Spanish and are studying it because you can end up messing up your understanding of the language and grammar. Justamente decir hola could sound fine in Mexico, but deeper into Latin/South America and especially in Spain it could sound completely wrong. It's not even like it's an archaic phrase or anything, from my understanding it's using the word for a non-accepted alternate meaning, which is something you don't want to do when learning a new language, to reiterate.

It doesn't, except in the contexts Chileno has quoted, which are not the case of a standard greeting, as it was in this thread.

I got it.

It's your problem or election.
Whatever you are learning the language you will know if you want to take or leave it.
