What does tweetear mean?

I don't understand anything about that word, I made one question before about that word and anyone answer me, please I need your thoughts.

Thanks.

If you use the website "twitter", the things you write there are called "tweets". I wondered what I would call it in Spanish if I were using "twitter". David suggested the fake word "tweetear". It was supposed to be a little bit funny.

In English we would use the idiom "tongue in cheek"......

I don't have much time to type right now. But I wanted to add to this post that I have been blogging about the week that I spent in Uruguay at: www.louannsplace.com - there are several long posts about my travels this summer. If you care to take the time to read them all, scroll down to where it says "Summer 2009".

I am currently in Lima, Peru ... getting ready to travel this afternoon to Nairobi, Kenya. I will probably not be posting here at Tomisimo much between now and August. But I can't wait to get back involved again ... I miss my amigos here ... and now that I've had a chance to SEE how LITTLE español I know, I am anxious to get working on it again here in the forums.

Chao chao!

What is the miracle that you are here again posting in the website, you have been long time lost.

The http://www.louannsplace.com/ page is a personal blog to Lou Ann right.

I guess that there will find the information I asked before.

Thank you.

Cualquier duda pregunten.

Saludos
PD: laepelva, ¿estás en tu país natal ahora? / are you in your native country now?

Interesting question, Poli!

Ookami - my first name is Lou Ann. You can call me that. And, yes - in Uruguay, you ALWAYS see people EVERYWHERE drinking mate. Riding, driving, walking, at the beach, at the store, everywhere! SO much fun!!!

Yes, I am in my country of birth. I am a US citizen, born in Buffalo, NY and now living in Washington, DC.

What is the mate.

Is it a drink?

You're from Uruguay right?

I don't know that place but, anyhow I guess that that place should to be a pretty place where there're pretty girls.

Mate is a drink - it's kind of like tea. But it's very bitter.
