"Spiraling back"
Necesito vuestra ayuda, estoy traduciendo referente a un niño de 4grado.

John needs to practice concepts for them to take hold. Spiraling back and reviewing and repeating concepts is helpful.
John necesita practicar para entender los conceptos.________ y revisión y repetición de conceptos son útiles.

No se como traducir a Español "Spiraling back"

En este contexto "to spiral back" significa más o menos "return; go back".

And some "unpacking" of the concept:

John necesita practicar con los conceptos para comprenderlos a fondo. Volver a repasar y revisar los conceptos y repetirlos es eficaz [para lograr esto: que esos conceptos se asienten, arraiguen y no se olviden].

I am not "spiraling back" to see if what I write is right, but probably that would be helpful...

(There is also the expression "darle vueltas" a algo... But "repasar, revisar" para poder "asimilar" de forma estable...)
