No, I didn´t add cebolla to the ball (it might not be a bad idea), I meant that Gemma does a good job siendo la pelota oficíal del foro.
To know one´s onions is an English expression that means to be perfect at doing something/ to do something very well.
If you look at the idioms dictionary, you might find it...
