Thanks, Poli. Being a really modest girl, I had thought the same. I usually get a lot of presents from the students this time of year, and although it is embarrassing it is also highly rewarding.

It's better to say: It's nice when somebody gives us a kiss.
If you want, you can say: It's just nice when somebody gives us a kiss.

My students are mostly in their twenties and thirties and it's great fun teaching them because they are highly motivated.
