There's one feature that leaves you search the post made inside of the forums.
That feature is called. Search this thread, there you can write the name of your post and later you push enter and it automatically will search your post.

Hi Bob! Welcome to the forums. I usually use the Quick Links/Subscribed Threads option. It shows all the threads in which you've written something (via automatic subscription) as well as those you've subscribed to purposely.
