Not in that exact form. Some alternatives for you:

Every time I cook, I like it more and more.

Or:

I like cooking more and more each time.

Honestly you can say every time I like more and more the way you smile.(for example) Although this is not the most typical English usage, it works well in context. Sometimes English is flexible.

But not that flexible. Honestly, in my book you most definitely can't say that. Well, you could, but people would think that you were Spanish.

The 'every time' has to be connected directly with the 'you smile', because 'every time you smile' is an adverbial clause describing when I like something.

The (BrE) English should be

Every time you smile, I like it more and more.

There again, you are perhaps more flexible than I am.

"Every time" needs more context.

Every time I bathe, I like soap more and more. - That would work.

"I like soap more and more for cleaning each time" sounds more natural to me.
