I'm afraid you've invented this word. Even after removing the superfluous hyphen, it still isn't English. Replaceability is an English noun, however, and perhaps that is what you meant.
Its adjective form--replaceable--is a very common word. In Spanish, its equivalent is either
reemplazable or
sustituible.
To get to a noun form, with a meaning of '
el que puede ser reemplazado/sustituido' ('that which can be replaced/substituted'), you can simply place the article '
lo' in front of it--
lo reemplazable or
lo sustituible.
Another option is the longer, albeit, exact translation of replaceability--
el que puede ser reemplazado'.
You may want to use the noun form
el reemplazante. There is a TV series called '
El reemplazante', so it may be a good choice.
You could also use '
el que puede ser sustituido' ('that which can be substituted') or
el que puede ser suplido.
The latter could become
el suplente (the substitute), which happens to be the name of a movie.
