			Hi Stu, It doesn't seem a complete sentence. I don't understand exactly how to a machine translator works. It means, more or less: that it's not broken by a gypsy. "Saltar" can be used for "break the law". A pleasure.

				It just means very high
			 
			
			It just means that something is very big, so it's very hard to jump over ( even if you are a gypsy which uses to be in good shape ). ( "¡ Le había pedido una mesa pequeña pero me trajo una que no se la salta un gitano !" )
