muy amable

muy amable

When some in customer service is especially nice, often (in the spoken Spanish that I know) the customer's response is gracias, muy amable. Is this often the response in places like Argentina and Mexico?

I concur. Gracias joven, muy amable can be heard hundreds of times a day in any plaza or tianguis in Mexico.
