Nos engañamos todos sin duda si creemos que la muerte es un mal. Una prueba evidente de ello es que si yo hubiera de realizar hoy algún bien, el dios no hubiera dejado de advertírmelo como acostumbra.

An obvious/clear proof of that is that if I had to achieve/do/accomplish/fulfill some good today, the god wouldn't have stopped to warn me about it as his custom is / as he usually does.
Is “bien” an uncountable noun here? (if some bad had to happen to me, the god would have warned me)
Is it an idiom? I can’t find it anywhere realizar (algún) bien
