In daily speech, in Mexico, both "huellas de frenado" and "marcas de frenado" would be used equally. I remember having seen in a formal document "huellas de frenado", but I don't know if this is the standard in official language.
"Patinazo" is colloquial speech, and it doesn't imply that you used the brakes. "Deslizamiento" may mean other kind of situations, like pulling or pushing or trolling a vehicle.

By the way, "derrape" means that there was something on the pavement that made the car slide (some liquid or loose gravel, for example). Also no guarantee that they used the brakes.
