Can someone correct this message that I am sending to a friend in Tijuana?

¿Cómo estás? Quiero visitar Tijuana pero todos aquí infunden pánicos de la gripe porcina. Tengo miedo que después de regreso si estornudo o algo mi hospital me mandaré a casa sin pagar. También no quiero estar en las noticias como el primero persona en los Ángeles con la gripe porcino. Espero que esta crisis terminaré pronto mientras voy a practicar español tan mucho como posible.

I am trying to say:

How are you? I want to visit Tijuana but everyone here are panicking because of the swine flu. I am worried that when I get back if I sneeze or something my hospital will send me home without pay. Also I don't want to be in the news as the first person in Los Angeles with the swine flu. Hopefully the crisis will end soon. Meanwhile I am going to practice Spanish as much as possible.
