Los bagels (famosamente servido con salmon ahumado y queso filadélfia en Nueva York) son redondos pero tienen un hueco en su centro. Su masa es muy densa y verdaderamente mata hambre. Un kaiser roll no tiene el dicho hueco y su masa es más ligera. Parece pan de hamburguesa pero mas seca y grande.

Ah, ya veo la diferencia... aquí no sevenden mucho ninguno de los dos de cualquier manera, salvo en contadas panaderías.

Roll es un bollo. Hay muchos tipos de bollos, creo que en españa también.
