Sure!

Get to - Usually this is implied that someone is going somewhere, as in the example below
When are you going to get to/arrive Berlin?

Come to - If you speak spanish, then this could be "venir" or "arrive"
When are you going to come to/arrive Berlin?

Grow to - grow to means something is growing to a certain height
Some trees can grow to 500 feet tall
OR
Crime rates have grown to enormous levels

Hopefully that helps, Im a bit tired so it might seem confusing but I tried to clarify it as much as a could
If you have any questions I'll be glad to answer them!!

If you want you can try to make some sentences with these 3 phrases and Ill do my best to correct them

Without some sample sentences to help us out, you'll see that these phrases have various meanings.

get to = tener la oportunidad (to have the opportunity), dejar (to allow)
I get to go on vacation tomorrow!
get to = llegar a algún sitio (to arrive at some place)
How do I get to Rome?
get to = mandato (command)
get to bed (acuéstate)

come to = venir/ir a alguien o a un lugar (to come to someone or some place)
Come to me. Come to my house tomorrow.
come to = volver en sí (regain consciousness)
He came to after a couple of minutes of CPR.

grow to = crecer a cierta medida, crecer de estatura (to grow to a certain height)
The plant grew to 2 inches tall practically overnight.

Edit: I see that Bob and I overlapped.

I wonder if there is any difference between the three phrases in the above sentences?
or in occasions like the following, Is there any difference between them and when each is used?
Grow to: know,accept,love,realize....
Get to: know,accept,love,realize....
Come to: know,accept,love,realize....

Regards

But here is it at its basic
Grow to - (changing over time to do something, "I did not like movies before, but now I have grown to love them"
Get to - (having the ability to do something, "I get to love someone"
Come to - (arriving at somewhere, whether it be an idea, or place) "I have come to Spain"
----------------

Grow to , is something that happens over time, such as

You have grown to love movies
The tree has grown to 5 feet tall

We don't usually use grow to like (I have grown to realize I like movies)
One would say , ( I have come to realize I like movies)

While get to can be used like this
(You will get to know me well)

Its sort of hard to tell you when and not to use these and I see why it can be confusing, it really depends on the context

-------------------
hope that helps
