¿Sabe alguien qué or quién puede ser Seamon en esta frase?

"Durante nuestro viaje en el yate, charlamos mucho después de un espléndido bufé frío de Seamon, que mis amigos habían embarcado en Barcelona".

A primera vista, parece que Seamon sería algún platillo, alguna comida, o alguna forma de preparar una comida. O podría ser que Seamon sea el apellido del chef que preparó el bufé. O podría ser el nombre de la compañía de catering que preparó y sirvió la comida.

También puede ser la marca de alguna comida o el nombre de algún restaurante. Estoy muy seguro de que Seamon es un apellido.

Yo creo que es comida comprada en un restaurante o en una tienda especializada. Seamon debería de ser el nombre de ese restaurante o de la tienda.
