You meant that Why there isn't a forums specially spoken in Spanish add to this forums.

Well Just I believe that the there're opinions written in Spanish always when the people native from place when is spoken the Spanish display threads in Spanish.

Although I'm not very sure. What do you need?

Crotalito, no entiendo tu segunda frase, pero lo que propongo es sencillamente tener una versión de esa imagen con ¿? para contextos españoles, pues la versión ??? me parece un poco extraño en tales contextos.

Simply my comment about your asking, I believe that would can be good idea to has a website spoken in Spanish only, but if you need another things in Spanish added in the website, I don't believe good an idea, because no everybody is learning Spanish.
