This is a discussion thread for the Daily Spanish Word for January 8, 2010
arca (feminine noun (uses el in the singular, las in the plural)) — chest, box, coffer, ark, tank, reservoir. Look up arca in the dictionary Todos hemos escuchado la historia del Arca de Noé. We have all heard the story of Noah's Ark.

I especially smiled because I think that you must have changed your post to add the second part between the time that I clicked on the link to the page and the time that I clicked on "quote" ... did you? Because I only saw the first on the page, but when I clicked "quote", I saw "now you see it, now you don't" and THAT was weird! When I clicked "back", my browser used the cached page, so it still didn't say "now you see it now you don't", and this happened a couple of times before I decided to reload the page from scratch when I finally actually saw it in your post.
SOOOOoooo, REALLY, now I see it, but then I didn't. ![]() Besides ... I almost always smile at your comments! ![]()
