One may hear "more better" or "more worse(r)" in NAmE, but the person is
goofing on (making fun of) an obvious grammatical error...

Cierto, son un fastidio.

Si es un paquete voluminoso, yo uso un exacto (a cutter). Si tiene lados planos, uso tijeras... pero es cierto que las primeras veces acabé con bastantes rasguños.

Ah but in my country you encounter this bit:"es ma' mejol" And this is in Chile, not even close to the boricuas.
