No, really I think this is the 8th time, going on a cruise next Monday for five days to Nova Scotia. And then back in NYC

I enjoyed seeing the extra-wide sidewalks, filled with people, but what I liked the best were the delicatessens on every block (or so it seemed). Bagels and lox got me everytime.

Well, I prefer a new shop that I saw yesterday called au bon pain,it's everywhere, everything is organic or so they say, I had a fresh orange juice. when it comes to eating, I' m really boring nowdays, I tend to watch what I eat, I don't let my greediness have whatever it wishes. I'm more comedido than before. Thank god. When you turn forty sth is difficult to loose weight !

comedido (moderado) moderate, restrained; es muy comedido con la bebida = he’s a very moderate drinker; lo dijo de una manera muy comedida = she said it in a very restrained tone of voice.

(Hey, and check "Transformetrics" when you get a moment, in the web... maybe you will not lose a lot of weight with that, but sure enough you can burn calories and feel physically more and more fit...) (See my earlier comment in one of your posts about the stomach thing...) I am 11 myself, (4+7), and still growing...

Me alegro que te divertiste en Nueva York aunque ahora las termperaturas

I'm back in NYC, I still feel the ground moving, as If I was at the boat, I hate it. Yesterday I went to see a musical calle fella in Manhattan, The performance was good, and they danced very well, but unfortunatedly I don' t like african music too bad. I'll be around NYC until next Friday that I go back to Madrid. If anybody will be around leave a message and we can meet for a chat.
The cruise experience was good, it won't be the last one. The weather was nasty in St Jon but very nice in Halifax, the problem is that the water in that part of the world is so cold that doesn't invite you to have a swim. All have a good vacation.

Back in Madrid. It´s hot but easier to put up with than NYC. Vacations are so short. Too bad, I wish I didn´t have to work.

Welcome home! I agree with you......vacations are too short but we must work so we can look forward to our next vacation.

I personally am hoping to win the lottery since I don't think I will get rich just by working. If I do win, then I will be "forever on vacation".

(I must be an oddball fish [un bicho raro], because I personally enjoy working... but I guess that is so, because I make it into a game... and not into a drudgery, even when there are some activities that could be pretty monotonous...) (Otherwise, Elaina, I wish you the best look [luck, I mean] on your hopes...) (I personally hope to have enough problems so as to not to get bored...)
