Question Sorry for the trubba!
I found this on a Sports web site... Of course 'trubba' is "trouble". (Referring to a non-existing anymore web page...)

But, what kind of 'language' is this?

Mmmm... probably your questions are more on point?
I checked the "urban dictionary" but no joy...
Probably could be Ebonics... and can be a jokingly manner to say "sorry for the inconvenience"... But I don't know.
Anyone with an "authoritative" answer?

Spoken by African Americans, mostly from Southern States. Similar to "bro" or "broduh" for "brother"; "sistah" for "sister". I really love to hear them talk.

Yes, that's what Chileno asked on his first reply (which kind of made sense, but I was not sure, and since he was asking too, didn't reassured me either...)

(Hey, with so much curtsy and ceremony... I start to feel like the "Little Prince" from Saint-Exupery...) (Although "Lord" is not as high of a rank as "prince"...)

I asked, because I am not sure if it is ebonic or just some drawl from soemwhere in the country. I know black use it a lot, but then again a lot of the people from the South speak like that, at least to my ears.

I guess by now any of the native would've kicked in, specially if I was/were wrong.

Depending on the country, maybe something like:
· ¿Verdad (que sí)?
· ¿No es cierto?
· ¿No? (This one only in Mexico, I think)
· ¡A que sí!
