Good question, Poli. Let's put it in action. I would say:
  • Aquí se sienta Pedro, aquí Juan, aqui Cristina... y ahí Fulano y Mengano (es decir, cualquiera).
  • Voy a invitar a todo el mundo a mi fiesta, pero Fulanito y Menganita no vienen (es decir, NO voy a invitar a todo el mundo).
También se usa mucho: Fulanito y Menganita.

Be careful with Fulana / una Fulana, because it means whore. Sexism? yes, it is.

For Elaina: the correct saying is Lo tendré en cuenta.
