Ahi -vs- Alli - Page 2

I think part of the difference is that in some areas ahí and allí are pronounced almost the same.

Alfonso, do you pronounce ll the same as y? Also, do you pronounce them voiced or voiceless?

(voiced and voiceless are sonora and sorda, respectively [I think ])

Alfonso will become famous soon enough
LL and Y ara pronounced the same by almost all Spanish speakers, I included. It's a voiced sound. You are right, David, sonora y sorda.
