My dictionary lists blood sausage (AmE) or black pudding (BrE) as the translations of morcilla.
Given this definition, even though the words are MUCH stronger here, I think poli gave the correct translation in post #2.

Yes, but anyhow the Morcilla is a food in my country.

Even though it meaning something else in other places.

Blood sausage is a food, Crotalito. I simply gave the English translations of morcilla so that we English speakers would recognize the Spanish word when we hear it.
La morcilla es una salchicha (un embutido) relleno con sangre coagulada de chancho, principalmente.
