Chinese doesn't even have an alphabet, so the obvious answer to your question is no.
The sound that the letter makes exists in most languages. Only Spanish and Filipino use this letter in their alphabets currently (languages that borrow Spanish words may keep the ñ or they may spell it in a way that makes more sense to the native speakers of those languages), and the letter represents the same phoneme (sound) in each. |

Explanation is a noun. Explain is a verb.
También, tengo otra pregunta... cuando quiero decir, "I have already mentioned it to you," puedes decir... Ya te he mencionado. "Ya he mencionado" means I have already mentioned" so.............. where would the "te" go? |
