I did intend it as surprise for little Bobby so I guess 'vaya' is good in this
context. I like it I am going to use that often I think!

Just out of curiosity, is there a difference between 'asesinar' and 'matar'?

I suppose 'matar' can be killing of other creatures as well like animals (matador??) whereas 'asesinar' is just for killing people, similar to 'assassinate' in English?

I think you're right about the distinction between both verbs... but also "asesinar" implies an intention to do it.
