Yo me refería justamente al aceite de oliva(el único que uso). La verdad no profundicé mucho en el tema pero incluso médicos me han comentado que mejor comerlo natural; perdón por dar información erronea entonces, voy a informarme mejor la próxima vez.

No te preocupes, que Poli me hizo buscar y la información del coco es totalmente falsa. No tiene colesterol.

But in Argentina is everywhere and is even above tango and fútbol(?), if you are vegetarian and you travel to the interior of the country, you must start eating meat or you will die( I tried)

Obviamente que puedes hayar más comida, no todo es carne, pero.. digamos que no es la especialidad, en cambio la carne es de muy buena calidad e intentan ponerla donde pueden. Igual yo creo que te las puedes arreglar para viajar por el interior sin comer carne, pero tendrás que esforzarte un poco más que alguien que no tiene mucho problema en comerla.

Also you can eat the Pollo Asao in Mexico, and just in Christmas I ate the Asado turkey.
