Thanks, Angélica, I had never heard it before.

@Irma: It was a strange word for us too a couple of years ago, but it's become common for breakfast in restaurants, mostly on weekends.

I didn't know such an animal existed... must be something like liger and tigron.

Hehe I bet he gets all the bread at the duck pond

Nice work!

Although present can be used to express a future action, it's better used differently:

Esta noche voy a fotografiar un acontecimiento... (my personal favourite)

Btw, if you using "caro" in the sense of "expensive" (meaning you're going to pay much money for the licence), it's not a usual sentence in Spanish, but it would be understood because of the context.

Hey, like in "La vida es sueño" but a bit more retarded kind of "hipogrifo"... (not quite, but reminded it to one).
Nothing like knowing some mythology to remember all these animals...
They had photoshop, back there in "el Siglo de Oro de las letras españolas"... and that's where Calderón de la Barca got his inspiration to write,
Hipogrifo violento
Que corriste parejas con el viento
¿donde, rayo sin llama,
Pájaro sin matiz, pez sin escama
y bruto sin instinto natural,…

No intention to pulling your leg, and so I will tell this to the Marines... but here is a good link for y'all

¡Me encanta mi carrera!

También he estado muy ocupado ultimamente y no he estudiado suficiente español y yo realmente no quiero dejar de avanzar.

In Spain we don't say "Esta mañana fui, estuve, etc.", we say "he estado, ha sido", etc.

I'm not sure about the name of the place, "Pista del Gran Premio de Fórmula I Yas", maybe?

Hi Irmamar, ok so I should use present perfect in these cases?

I was trying to say - This morning I went to the Yas Formula 1 Racetrack to photograph fast cars. It was alot of fun! I love my career!

Irmamar was only talking about 'esta mañana (I was)'. She corrected the other sentence to ¡Fue muy divertido!
