Bueno, yo siempre he entendido "relamido" como dice Sosia (y compañía...) "excesivamente acicalado o pulido".

Cuando traduzco o verifico traducciones, a veces comento que "suena demasiado relamido" (en un sentido de "sofisticado" o "pedantesco").

Y sí, puede incluir también una cierta connotación de amaneramiento... "fineza" "ser atildado" "afectado" "cuco" "cuidadito" "mono" o "monito"... son sinónimos...

En un sentido quizá más positivo (?), "primoroso" "delicado"

También "repulido" "retocado"...

Por ejemplo, me recuerda la "híper-corrección" (incorrecta) de decir: "A mí me encanta el bacalado de Bilbado"... (suena bien "relamido"... pero a lo tonto finolis...)
